What is supported living and how does it work?
Supported living means different things to different providers. This plain guide explains what it actually involves, what to expect, and what questions to ask.
Read more →We provide personal care, mental health support and daily living assistance to people in their own homes across Ripon and North Yorkshire. Our founder is a registered mental health nurse with over fifteen years of frontline experience. This is not a call centre operation. Every care plan is built around the person, not a template.
We provide care in people's own homes. Not in residential units. Not in housing we manage. In your home, around your life, on your terms.
Help with washing, dressing, medication, and the everyday tasks that keep life going. Delivered with dignity, in your own home, by people who are properly trained and properly supervised.

Learn more →Getting out, staying connected, managing appointments, and living as fully as possible. We support people to stay part of their community, not just their four walls.
Learn more →Larger providers run on volume. We run on care. Because we are small and founder-led, every person we support gets real attention. Not a rota. Not a different face every week. Consistent, qualified, clinically informed support from people who know you.
Our founder qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and spent fifteen years working in community psychiatry, CAMHS, and Continuing Healthcare before starting this organisation. That clinical background shapes every care plan we write.
We do not provide housing. We do not run residential units. We come to you, in your space, on your terms. Your home stays yours.
Most homecare providers treat mental health needs as a specialist add-on. We were built by someone who spent her career working with people with mental health conditions. It is core to what we do, not a bolt-on.
Some providers are excellent when things are straightforward. We are built for when they are not. Complex needs, difficult days, situations the system finds inconvenient. We do not walk away.
"I have never felt like a number. They actually know my mum."
"After two bad experiences with other providers, I was not hopeful. I was wrong."
"The level of understanding around mental health is unlike anything we have seen from a homecare provider before."
We support adults across Ripon and North Yorkshire who need care and assistance at home.
