If you are a social worker, care coordinator, NHS professional, or commissioner looking for a homecare provider in the Ripon and North Yorkshire area, this page is for you. We provide personal care and complex needs support in people's own homes. We are a new provider with an experienced clinical foundation. We will give you a straight answer about what we can and cannot take on.
A clinical foundation you can rely on
Ayoola Majeks is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over fifteen years of clinical experience. She has worked in community psychiatry, CAMHS, and as a CHC assessor. She has worked alongside NHS professionals and commissioners across different settings. She understands how the system works from the inside.
That background means when you refer someone to us, the person reviewing that referral understands clinical complexity, funding pathways, and the pressures you are working under. We do not need everything explained from scratch.
What We Take On
We work with adults aged 18 and above whose regulated care need is personal care, delivered in their own home. Within that, we have particular experience and capability in:
- Mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorder
- Dementia and cognitive decline
- Physical disabilities and long term conditions
- Sensory impairments
- Complex and overlapping needs
We are honest about capacity. If a referral comes to us that we cannot safely take on, we will tell you immediately and where possible suggest an alternative.

- Funding route — whether local authority, CHC, or private
- Any specific risks or considerations we should know about upfront
- Preferred start date if known
If we cannot help
If a referral comes to us that falls outside what we can provide, we will tell you honestly and point you toward a more suitable provider. We would rather you placed the person correctly than placed them with us inappropriately.

Once we receive a referral we respond promptly, because we understand that waiting is not neutral. People's situations do not stand still.
We carry out a thorough assessment of the person's needs in their own home, taking the time each situation requires. We involve the person and their family in building the care plan and share the completed plan with the referring professional before care begins.
We maintain regular communication with referrers throughout. If something changes, we tell you. We do not wait for a review date.
