An organisation that takes its staff seriously
Ayoola is a Registered Mental Health Nurse who started her career as a carer before she had a qualification. She knows what good care work looks like from the inside. She also knows what it feels like to be a carer who is poorly supervised, under-supported, and undervalued.
This organisation is being built differently. We are small enough that every member of staff matters. We are led by someone who has done the work herself. And we are serious about getting the right people in the right roles before we make commitments we cannot keep.
We do not post a vacancy and fill it in a hurry.
We build a pool of vetted, assessed carers across North Yorkshire before we confirm care packages. That means when we place someone, it is the right match. Not the available match.
