CQC Registration
We are currently going through CQC registration. We are not yet registered or inspected. This page sets out where we are, what we have built, and what you can expect from us.

Who is responsible
Genesis Health Care is founded and will be led by a Registered Mental Health Nurse with more than 15 years of frontline clinical experience. The Registered Manager holds full governance accountability from day one.
How we govern care
Designed around the person, not the organisation.
Rules
Policies that make care consistent. Not dependent on who turns up, or what day it is.
Accountability
The Registered Manager is answerable.
Documentation
Records that capture what matters. Preferences, history, rights. Nothing lost, nothing assumed.
Audit
Regular checks that the framework works. Problems surface here before they reach the person.
Response
When something goes wrong, safeguarding, complaints, incidents, there is a procedure. It will be followed.
